I mentioned a few posts ago that I'm a huge fan of vampires (and lolis) so naturally, I'd become a huge fan of Rachel Alucard from Blazblue. We've of course seen her a few times on this blog already, but now we have a new comer! The other vampire goth loli featured in this picture is Shalltear Bloodfallen from the series Overlord. Around November of 2015, I had watched Overlord for the first time and it really struck a chord with me. I instantly fell in love with the series, and with Shalltear specifically. Heck, she even had a canonical hypnosis scene in the anime! I had to get a picture with her at some point...
And with that being said, sometime between finishing the anime back in 2015, and this picture being created (which was in February 2016) I must've definitely mentioned this to Zorro. To be perfectly honest, I don't actually remember how this specific piece came to be, but if I'm to trust my memory here... I recall him asking if I wanted another picture at some point. And well, this seemed like the perfect opportunity to mention my growing interest in vampire goth lolis!
As continuous readers of the blog know, I've never been the best when it comes to making specific ideas. So because of that, I didn't mention WHAT I wanted to do with the characters, and just that I wanted to be in a picture with them. So Zorro ended up coming up with the idea of having the two of them surrounding and hypnotizing me, plus a little bit of stripping for good measure! I do think Shalltear's face is a bit off in this picture, but either way, I was still super happy with the end result.
Honestly, I'd already have been satisfied with this because it perfectly scratched my itch for what I was looking for. However as stated earlier, this picture would follow the same path as the Hypno Raptor in which this kind of evolved into a series too! So we can go more into that in future posts. Probably sooner than you'd think!
