Making New Friends.

Greetings all! We're back this week with the first drawing from a very close artist to me. That's right, this weeks picture is by none other than the amazing artist and great friend Myuk! We also have a slight collaboration with another fantastic artist, Keeper of Pots. He was the one to have the colored version of the picture featured here. Now that I think about it, it's pretty interesting that two of my favorite artists and closest friends of all time are collabing here like this.

Back in 2016, I remember browsing Hypno Hub one day, as I did every day, and out of nowhere I saw a few pictures posted from an unknown artist showing up on the front page. They were all done traditionally, so there were unfortunately left uncolored, but nevertheless I was incredibly impressed with what I saw. So much so, that while it may have been shameless of me, I immediately sent that artist a private message welcoming them abd asking if by any chance they would be interested in drawing me. Luckily for me, not only were they willing to draw me, but apparently that had already known of me before hand.

Yes, that artist would eventually grow to become one of my closest friends, and someone whom I still talk to almost every day: Myuk! And since I'm still in contact with him, I managed to get a bit of blurb from him about this piece here:

"Back then, i was a lurker on the hub, taking peeks at all the hypno arts. I noticed a lot of drawings of you on the hub which caught my eye and I liked them a lot ~ then when I started posting drawings of my own, you messaged me about how you liked my artstyle. At the time, i was pretty star struck and excited that you noticed me because I was just a nobody at the time and seeing all the erika drawings made me think you must be pretty popular on the hub. So, at that moment, I wanted to draw you with my ocs ~ I didn't have a particular idea, but I always like very claustrophobic/intimate sex scenes and thought it would be super hot seeing erika getting overwhelmed with licks, tentacles, tails, cute girls; just steamy yuri sex lol.
In hindsight, there isn't clear hypnosis in the pic, unless you count inma's tail with aphrodisiac juices"

 

As mentioned there, the other characters in this picture are Myuk's OCs. Febe, Joyce, and Inma. You'll definitely be seeing more of them upcoming on the blog at some point as well. However, while that story may end here, there is in fact more to it to that. I did say earlier that Keeper of Pots made the colored version of this picture! As for how that came to be, Myuk himself was looking for assistance in coloring some of his pictures. A mutual friend of mine, and someone we've seen on this blog before: Psi, ended up taking up his request and colored on of Myuk's pieces.

However the piece Psi ended up coloring wasn't this one. Of course it was up to him on whatever he wanted to color, but I did feel kind of sad he didn't pick the Erika one, because back then I was rather selfish. So I asked Keeper of Pots if he would be willing to color this piece, and he was awesome enough to oblige my silly request. So we now have this awesome collab that, while maybe didn't come about under the most noblest of circumstances, I'm still very happy something like this exists.

And fun fact, for those of you aware of Joyce, Myuk's OC. You'd see that her hair is brown here instead of the usual dark blue. That's because at the time, Myuk didn't actually have a clear cut idea of what her hair color would be. I specifically asked him at the time, and he said brown. However since then, her hair has been changed to the dark blue that you all know today.
