Drawing a Blank.

Greetings all! We're back this week with not only another Erika picture (of course) but also another Kaa picture! It may or may not have been awhile since we've seen the classic snake on this blog. But you know that wherever I am, he'll probably be around sooner or later. As one of my main founding interests in hypnosis I can't not have a Kaa picture, or at the very least, some kind of hypnosis snake show up every once in awhile And this rendition of Kaa and myself was done none other than Penken himself. Another veteran hypnosis artist who had also shown up earlier in this blog.

For this particular entry though, I'd first like to talk about the title. Yes, the thing that I usually avoid for the most part. You see, I find this title to be very fitting. It has the word "drawing" in it, as we are talking about a literal drawing. It also is a reference to how someone could have a blank mind when hypnotized, as we can see that I have one here in this picture! ... but most importantly it also accurately describes my memory of this commission! Haha...

You see, while I do pride myself in my memory I can't say that it's perfect. If there are things I don't remember about certain images when I'm posting them here, I bring up the original on either Deviant Art or Hypno Hub and reference the comments to see if there is any other kind of fun facts or trivia I can rouse up from the picture, or perhaps something that can jog my memory. For this picture however, I definitely remember it existing BUT I actually don't remember commissioning this. In fact, the only reason I know I did is because of the comment Penken left on the drawing saying "Just a commission from erika made a while back I finally finished" If I hadn't read that, I would've wrote that this was a gift.

So I'm sorry to say, that this post may be lacking in fun bits of trivia this time around. Based on this picture, I can see how I might've come up with this idea. I do love myself hypnotized of course, Kaa is always a plus, and crotch rub plus spread legs are two things I absolutely love to see in kinkier pictures as well. HOWEVER those who know me, or read this blog frequently know that I also don't really come up with a lot of ideas on my own for commissions. Instead I end up collabing with the artist since I'm mostly satisfied with anything as long as it has me hypnotized in it. So I can totally also see this being Penken's idea, and it ends up going either way!

As for the picture itself, the chin hold is very cute, and quite underutilized. And the expression nails a solid completely zonked out but yet still enjoying the blissful colors of Kaa's spiral reflected in my eyes and mind. Clearly there are no other thoughts going in there. If I were to be a tad critical though, I do think that the perspective is a bit harsh on the left side of the picture. It's meant to be further away but the arm and boob side on the left side (Erika's right side) does end up shrinking a tad too much to the point of being uncanny. Assuming I did commission this, I probably didn't comment on it because this might've been a very cheap and quick commission. But if that's the case, then I'd say it's definitely a solid one for being one of Penken's old quick commissions! And a fine piece to add to the ever growing Erika collection.
