Plunging Off The Deep End.

Welcome back! This week, we have a very simple and straightforward picture. Drawn by Psi, we have myself having my mind drained by a... hypnotic plunger. Yes, quite original indeed! The drawing it self is on the simple side, and to be honest, the story on how this picture came to be is as simple as you could imagine! But that doesn't take away from how funny and cute this image turned out to be.

As I've mentioned before, I've met a lot of friends through the hypno art community. A few friends of whom I still talk to even today! And one of those friends happens to be the artist Psi. Though at the time of this picture, we had only known each other for a little less than a year. And during a random day, Psi ended up messaging me with a pretty unique greeting. Actually, this might be one of the very few times I have an exact excerpt from a conversation when it comes to a hypnosis picture. The conversation was more or less as follows:

Psi: Erikaaaaaaaa
Erika: Psiiiiiiii
Psi: Psi suddenly applies Mind Control Plunger on your forehead!
Erika: hey that's a new one!
Psi: ikr? I should draw it
Erika: did you just make it up on the spot?
Psi: yes
Erika: ohhh now's your chance. while the idea is still fresh!

... And that's more or less the story behind this picture. It was a simple random greeting that ended up being morphed into a full blown sketch by Psi. After that, it was uploaded to the Hub a few days later. 

 

As for the picture itself, again it is on the simple side as it was a quick sketch drawn by Psi. But it's very straightforward and gets the exact point across that we were discussing. Seems like the plunger is the type of hypnotic instrument that leaves it's victim completely mindless! As we can see from my vacant expression with a bit of drool leaking out.
